Lambing post #8----I can see the finish line

Friday afternoon Salicional had a moorit ram and a black ewe

I don't have a good shot of the black ewe lamb, but you can see her behind her brother.

Then Bee had a pair of fawn ram lambs on Friday night about 8:30 pm

The fleece on these boys is really something to watch-Fawn kat smirslet sokket

Then Alabama had a lovely ewe lamb about 6:30 am on Saturday

Angel is still wet in this photo  (fawn kat yuglet flecket)
Sunday was our busiest day with my 2 crossbred ewes Janet and Fergie each having single ewes.

This is the tiniest lamb that I've ever seen, she can't weigh 2 lbs. and she's healthy and eating, go figure.

Saturday night we had Meadow give twin grey kats, 1 ram and 1 ewe.  Awesome lambs from my only Pompey daughter.

Meadow always gives me show quality lambs!!!  Can't wait to see how these two mature.
Then Disco gave me a solid black ewe, as you can see, she is still very wet in this shot.

Disco is such a great little mom, can't wait to see how her little ewe does as she grows
Cotillion gave me 2 white ewe lambs this morning, I'll save her for tomorrow's post.  Only 3 ewes left to lamb now.  (huge sigh of relief)

    1. I have no idea why she ended up so small, her mom isn't small and she appears to be full term. But she's a healthy little stinker.

    1. Thanks Michelle, they are really hard to resist. You should see them gather in groups and run around the pasture, you can barely stop watching them to come to work. :)

    1. It does kind of look like there are horn buds, but actually she has divets in her head.

He who angers you, controls you.

And my favorite.......You can't control what others say or do, but you can control your reaction.
