February is so boring

While I wait for the season of insanity.....aka lambing season.......please enjoy a few photos that I took around the ole "ranchola" the last couple days.
Snow fall last night was so...........Silent.

Another full cat trap.  I think it took Thomas about 10 seconds to jump in after I threw it on the floor.

Thomas spent a considerable amount of time the other night sitting up on his butt like a squirrel and looking at the ceiling fan.  I got numerous shots of him doing this, but this one seems so funny to me.  He's got this startled look on his face and seems to be saying. "What???"  Or maybe he's transformed into a Zombie cat.

Nikki......her only job is being cute.  (and eating, and sitting right in my way when I'm watching tv, or wanting to sit on my lap when I'm spinning or knitting)
Happy Friday Everyone!

  2. Great pictures. The top one reminds me of the final scene in 'The Shining' - Oh, if only I could get that vehicle started, and if only she would stop crying...

  4. I love the winter! And I loved the picture of the snow.

And I am a cat owner so the pics of your cats were an added bonus!! Beautiful spoiled animals - exactly the way it is supposed to be.

  5. Thomas surely looks like a manly cat. My cat also loved boxes, especially the one that held Christmas ornaments....she had a thing for tissue paper. Stay warm. Spring is on its way. I hope.

  7. Love the wonderful pictures and Thomas is beautiful! Many years ago I gathered a bag of wool from a local farmer, raw just as it came off the lambs. It became a summer project to wash and card the wool until I could use it. It truly was a lot of work but an amazing adventure!

He who angers you, controls you.

And my favorite.......You can't control what others say or do, but you can control your reaction.
